YIS. Grant. * O * Z * M * O * O * T * 95! *Q: What do you call 10 days of non-stop thrills from wild activities and serious partying with masses of Australian Rovers. The a*NSW*er is 8th Asia Pacific, 13th Australian Rover Moot 29 December 1995 to 7 January 1996 *Introduction.* Sydney is the gateway to Australia and the 8th Asia-Pacific/13th Australian Rover Moot is your gateway to fun, adventure and friendship. The Scout Association of Australia invites all members of the world-wide Scouting Movement, aged between 18 and 26 years to be a part of this international Scouting extravaganza. *When and Where?* From December 29, 1995 to January 7, 1996, Sydnye will be invaded by Scouts and Guides from around the world. Cataract Scout Park, South West of Sydney, provides an excellent base for a variety of activities to suit every taste. *Accommodation and Food.* Your Moot fee inludes all your accommodation - under canvas in the Australian native bush, and all your food. The menu has been carefully designed to cater for individual requirements. *Program* This ten day Moot provides you with non-stop activities that take in the very best of New South Wales. The Moot has on and off site activities, nightly entertainment and a four day expedition, when everyone goes off site in smaller groups. So you can really get to know your new Scouting friends. *Cost* The base cost of the Moot will be A$480. Expeditions are an extra cost, depending on your choice and range from $100 to $600. Financial assistance is available, through "Moot Buddies", for participants who required help. Please contact us for details. *Service* The motto of the Rover Section in Australia is "Service". Participants will have the opportunity to be a part of many community service projects at the Moot. *Youth Forum* Through the Asia-pacific Youth Forum, this Moot provides young people representing each country a chance to work together on issues that concern youth and to understand each other's problems. To be held just after the Moot, the Youth Forum provides a chance to explore new ways that the Scoutiing movement can help community development and international peace. *Aussie Hospitality* Need a place to stay after the Moot?. Most participants are invited to stay with Rovers or Scouting families in Sydney or around Australia.
